My Great Warriors Obama Answer Is Not Acceptable!

Is this coming from the same guy that has a 42% rating lowest for a presidential candidate ever, in my opinion “He’s dropping like a rock in the pool!” Just wait till Christmas…

Today, Obama announces that the government is preparing for swine flu outbreak, and that all Americans should consider getting vaccines in addition to taking preventive steps to stop infections…

This past Tuesday Obama was briefed by senior officials, including Health and Human Services Secretary Kathleen Sebelius and Homeland Security Janet Napolitano.

No Safety and Efficacy Testing Required Prior to Mass Vaccination
FDA announces that vaccine need only work in less than 3 out of 10 recipients

The FDA is likely to approve 2009 H1N1 (swine flu) vaccines before trial data can prove their safety or effectiveness against the virus. This announcement comes despite the fact that the 1976 mass swine flu vaccination program resulted in thousands of vaccine injuries, numerous deaths and $3.5 billion in damage claims by U.S. citizens.

The FDA also announced that a vaccine will be accepted if it creates antibodies in 4 out of 10 recipients (40%), with at least 70 percent of those 4 achieving an antibody level believed to provide benefit. This means that an acceptable vaccine candidate would provide “protection” for 28% of vaccine recipients (70% of the 40%), or less than 3 in 10 recipients. The requirement drops to 18% efficacy for those over 65 years of age (60% of 30%).

Alarming as this is, approving a vaccine without safety and immunogenicity (efficacy) data is not uncommon, FDA officials said during a daylong meeting of the Vaccines and Related Biological Products Advisory Committee. The committee met to hear updates on H1N1 trials from the FDA, NIH, and the five companies that are applying for FDA approval of pandemic H1N1 vaccines.

Freedom Health USA completed the process of exhausting our administrative remedies since the process offered by the FDA will allow the Emergency to come to pass without any effective action, so now we can go into Federal Court for a Temporary Restraining Order (TRO) to prevent the release of untested vaccines laced with squalene and other horrors, for which no manufacturer has a shred of liability if you die, or are injured cataclysmically
