No Safety and Efficacy Testing Required Prior to Mass Vaccination FDA announces that vaccine need only work in less than 3 out of 10 recipients
The FDA is likely to approve 2009 H1N1 (swine flu) vaccines before trial data can prove their safety or effectiveness against the virus. This announcement comes despite the fact that the 1976 mass swine flu vaccination program resulted in thousands of vaccine injuries, numerous deaths and $3.5 billion in damage claims by U.S. citizens.
The FDA also announced that a vaccine will be accepted if it creates antibodies in 4 out of 10 recipients (40%), with at least 70 percent of those 4 achieving an antibody level believed to provide benefit. This means that an acceptable vaccine candidate would provide “protection” for 28% of vaccine recipients (70% of the 40%), or less than 3 in 10 recipients. The requirement drops to 18% efficacy for those over 65 years of age (60% of 30%).
Alarming as this is, approving a vaccine without safety and immunogenicity (efficacy) data is not uncommon, FDA officials said during a daylong meeting of the Vaccines and Related Biological Products Advisory Committee. The committee met to hear updates on H1N1 trials from the FDA, NIH, and the five companies that are applying for FDA approval of pandemic H1N1 vaccines.

The Washington Post confirmed today that the swine flu vaccine, which is set to be rolled out nationwide this fall in what some fear could ultimately become a mandatory vaccination program, will contain mercury, a toxin linked with autism and neurological disorders.
Claims by the CDC and the Institute of Medicine, following a whitewash study that ignored previously verified evidence, that thimerosal, a mercury based preservative, has no causal relationship to skyrocketing cases of autism have been soundly rejected by top doctors and scientists ever since.
Epidemiologist Tom Verstraeten and Dr. Richard Johnston, an immunologist and pediatrician from the University of Colorado, both concluded that thimerosal was responsible for the dramatic rise in cases of autism but their findings were dismissed by the CDC.
Cases of autism in the U.S. have increased by 1,500 per cent since 1991, which is when vaccines for children doubled, and the number of immunizations is only increasing. Just one in 2,500 children were diagnosed with autism before 1991, whereas one in 166 children now have the disease.
A peer reviewed study by Dr. Mark Geier which appeared in the Journal of American Physicians and Surgeons showed that the IOM research was flawed because it was largely based on a Danish study by Anders Peter Hviid, which did not account for the fact that American children have a much higher mercury burden than children in Denmark.
“At the high levels (of thimerosal exposure), it is undeniable there is a causal relationship, and we have gone to high levels. Their studies, therefore are not relevant, I am not saying they are wrong, although there are many criticisms of it. It is just not relative to the US situation,” said Geier.
Geier’s study concludes that there is an increase of neurodevelopment disorders following the use of thimerosal containing vaccines.
Dr. Rashid Buttar, who has pioneered a new treatment for autistic children that removes mercury from their bodies, said the Institute of Medicine’s conclusion that mercury does not cause autism demonstrates the “complete absence of any desire to discover scientific truth at the supposed highest levels of medical academia.”
“When 31 children recover from a devastating disease by a simple transdermal treatment that detoxifies metals, then common sense dictates that perhaps metals are involved,” states Dr. Bob Nash the chairman of the American Board of Clinical Metal Toxicology (ABCMT) in regard to Dr. Buttar’s treatment.
“In 1977, a Russian study found that adults exposed to ethylmercury, the form of mercury in thimerosal, suffered brain damage years later. Studies on thimerosal poisoning also describe tubular necrosis and nervous system injury, including obtundation, coma and death. As a result of these findings, Russia banned thimerosal from children’s vaccines in 1980. Denmark, Austria, Japan, Great Britain and all the Scandinavian countries have also banned the preservative,” writes Dawn Prate.
Mercury is classified by The Department of Defense as a hazardous material that could cause death if swallowed, inhaled or absorbed through the skin, and the EPA is now limiting mercury emissions from factories because the toxin “can damage the brain and nervous system and is especially dangerous to fetuses and small children,” but according to the CDC it’s perfectly safe to inject into your child’s bloodstream.
Despite concerns about thimerosal and mercury, which have led to the preservative being reduced or removed from a large portion of vaccines over the last five years, thimerosal will be an ingredient of the swine flu vaccine which is set to arrive in the U.S. this September.
“Some of the vaccine will be stored in multi-dose vials containing thimerosal, an antibacterial additive that contains mercury,” reports the Washington Post today in an article about which groups will receive the swine flu vaccine first.
“There will also be single-dose syringes without thimerosal, a substance that some assert is harmful to children,” adds the article, without mentioning whether or not people who take the vaccine will get a choice or even be informed if it contains mercury.
Around 12,000 U.S. children will be used as guinea pigs for the experimental swine flu vaccine also known to contain the dangerous ingredient squalene, which has been directly linked with cases of Gulf War Syndrome and a host of other debilitating diseases.
Squalene “contributed to the cascade of reactions called “Gulf War syndrome. (GIs developed) arthritis, fibromyalgia, lymphadenopathy, rashes, photosensitive rashes, malar rashes, chronic fatigue, chronic headaches, abnormal body hair loss, non-healing skin lesions, aphthous ulcers, dizziness, weakness, memory loss, seizures, mood changes, neuropsychiatric problems, anti-thyroid effects, anaemia, elevated ESR (erythrocyte sedimentation rate), systemic lupus erythematosus, multiple sclerosis, ALS, Raynaud’s phenomenon, Sjorgren’s syndrome, chronic diarrhea, night sweats and low-grade fever,” according to Micropaleontologist Dr. Viera Scheibner.
Pharmaceutical companies can be assured that they won’t face reprisals for the many thousands of injuries and deaths that will inevitably occur as a result of exposing millions to mercury and squalene during a mass vaccination program, because the government has already acted to provide them with blanket immunity from lawsuits.
“Vaccine makers and federal officials will be immune from lawsuits that result from any new swine flu vaccine, under a document signed by Secretary of Health and Human Services Kathleen Sebelius,” reported the Associated Press earlier this month.

Two separate polls of GPs in Britain have revealed that one in two doctors have severe reservations over the safety of the forthcoming H1N1 flu vaccine, raising serious questions over the government’s planned mass vaccination programme.
A poll of doctors forPulse magazinefound that 49% would reject the vaccine with 9% still undecided.
56 of the 115 GPs surveyed said they did not intend to receive the jab, according to the UK’s leading medical weekly publication for health professionals.
A second poll conducted by GP magazine reveals that Up to 60% of GPs have severe doubts over the proposed vaccine. Of 216 GPs surveyed, 29% say they will outright refuse to be vaccinated, while a further 29% remain unsure. Only 41% of doctors said they would definitely take the shot.
Of those who said they would not take the shot, 71% said they were concerned that the vaccine had “not been through sufficient trials to guarantee its safety”. Over half, 50.4%, said they “believe that swine flu is too mild to justify taking the vaccine”.
The Department of Health sought to dismiss the results, declaring that the small number of responders to the surveys was not reflective of the opinions of all doctors.
However, these figures also dovetail with those from a much larger Nursing Times magazine poll, that revealed 30% of all NHS nurses said they would refuse to be immunized, with another 33% saying they were unsure.
Of the 30% of nurses who said they would refuse to be vaccinated, 60% said the reason was due to fears about the safety of the vaccine, following revelations that the shots will contain mercury and squalene and have also been linked with the killer nerve disease Guillain-Barre Syndrome. Another 31% said they would refuse the vaccine because they did not consider the risk from swine flu to be great enough.
The government has promised to vaccinate all health workers before Christmas at the latest, to deal with what it has described as the “second wave” of swine flu.
The vaccine is being rushed through safety procedures while the government has provided pharmaceutical companies with blanket immunity from lawsuits arriving out of the vaccine causing deaths and injuries.
Richard Hoey, editor of Pulse told the Daily Mail “The view among many doctors is that the Government hasn’t yet made its case for why such a huge vaccination programme needs to be rushed in for what seems to be an unusually mild illness.”
Yet another new study, published in the Canadian journal Emerging Health Threats, found that the public also has grave reservations over the forthcoming vaccination campaign.
Parents and health-care workers are reluctant to be immunized or vaccinate their children against a pandemic virus for fear that a drug would be brought to market with insufficient testing, reports the Globe and Mail.
The study, which used a number of focus groups to establish the likely response of different people to a vaccine, concluded that people who believe alternative therapies and a good diet are a better option than vaccines need to be “won over”.
Since it is now clear that the majority of the population will refuse to take the vaccine, it seems that the government’s only option will be to institute a mandatory program backed by force, or to drop plans for mass vaccination altogether.

I sent you what I believe is substantial evidence of the use of pandemic flu to depopulate USA after

There is clear evidence that the artificial (genetic) swine flu virus and swine flu vaccine are part of a
comprehensive effort to mass murder the people of the USA for the purpose of financial and political

There is evidence that many organizations – World Health Organization, UN as well as vaccine
companies such as Baxter and Novartis – are part of a single system under the control of a core
criminal group, who give the strategic leadership, and who have funded the development,
manufacturing and now released of artificial viruses in order to justify mass vaccinations with a toxic
substance in order to eliminate the people of the USA, and so gain control of the assets, resources etc
of North America.
There is clear, verifiable and unambiguous evidence that WHO supplied the live bird flu virus for 72
kilograms of pandemic material that Baxter AG, the Austrian subsidiary of Baxter Int, released in
Austria in February 2009, nearly triggering a global bird flu pandemic. The Austrian police are
investigating the incident after charges were filed.
WHO declared pandemic level 6 on June 11th, and, as a result, President Obama is now entitled to
impose martial law and deploy FEMA and the Department of Homeland Security “Pandemic Task
Forces”.
Each State Governor will be notified that the provisions of the Model State Emergency Health
Powers Act (MSEHPA) will be implemented. This means that all Americans must consent to mass
vaccinations, or be guilty of a felony crime.
The legal situation is that anyone who refuses the vaccine, and/or resists forced relocation to a
prepared “quarantine compound”, can “legally” be shot and killed because police are allowed to use
„deadly force“ against felony suspects.
There is clear proof WHO is misusing the declaration of a pandemic – designed for far more severe
outbreaks than the current one which has so far cost only 27 lives in the USA, far fewer that the
36,000 deaths due to seasonal flu each year — in order to gain control of the USA’s command
structures with its affiliated organizations, specifically Homeland Security and FEMA.
Clear evidence is emerging of that the “swine flu” virus was artificially (genetically) engineered and
deliberately released in the middle of April to justify mass forced vaccinations as part of a covert
international bio-weapons programme designed to depopulate the USA so that it can be handed over to WHO and the UN and run by UN troops (such as those from China, Canada, Mexico, the UK etc)
acting on behalf of an international crime corporate syndicate.
The motivation for the crime is classical robbery followed by murder although the scale and method
are new in history.
The core of the international corporate crime syndicate sets its strategic goals and operative
priorities in secret using committees such as the Trilateral Commission, and in person-to-person
contact in the annual Bilderberg meeting. It can be identified as the “Illuminatiú, a mafia-like group

This group has launched a covert biological warfare against the targeted US population by

They have annexed the highest government office in the USA. They have created, resourced and

They have implemented an illegal and unconstitutional regulatory framework to compel people to
accept mass vaccinations so that the people of America will not be allowed to refuse an untested
vaccine and they will not be allowed to sue for compensation.
They have installed a covert infrastructure of genocide in the USA, including FEMA camps with
incinerators and mass graves.
They have trained police and other security and health organisations such as Homeland Security and
FEMA to carry out the programme of genocide, and to target American patriots calling for a return

They use organizations such as the CIA and the Freemasons, and means such as offshore bank
accounts and blackmail, to carry out their covert plans.
They have made use of their control of the mainstream media to ensure that the people of America are given faulty information about the pandemic and so are more likely to accept the vaccines from
the very same companies suspected of being involved in starting those same pandemics.
By eliminating the US population, they aim to acquire the resources and assets of the country at
relatively little expense and without being held accountable because the programme of genocide is
disguised as a necessary public health measure by the media and government agents they control.
They aim to introduce a new North American Union, including Canada and Mexico, under the
authority of the Federal Reserve and patrolled by UN troops to maximise their political and
economic control of the USA.
Specifically, evidence is presented that the vaccine company Baxter’s Austrian subsidiary
deliberately released live bird flu virus in February, 2009, nearly triggering a pandemic.
The amount of material was 72 kilograms.
This material was sent to 16 labs in four countries under a false label.
The 72 kilos of live bird flu virus was destined for the seasonal flu vaccine.
The deadly mixture of live bird flu virus and human flu virus were mixed in a Bio-security level 3
facility, where basic protocol and procedures would make it impossible to ever mix a live virus
bio-weapon with vaccine material by accident.
The mixture was a super-wide spectrum combination H3N2 seasonal flu virus and live, unlabeled
H5N1 viruses. If both strains were to incubate and recombine in a human host, a virus could mutate
via “re-assortment” into a virulent airborne weapon that would cause a pandemic.
The material was not radiated before it was sent out, leaving the deadly virus alive. It was only
detected when a lab member in a lab in the Czech Republic tested a portion on ferrets and these died.
Lab staff in Austria and the Czech Republic were subsequently given preventative treatment against
the bird flu in hospitals in Vienna, Austria.
There is evidence the Austrian Health Minister is involved in a cover up because he sent a vet to
examine the incident and Baxter was given a green light to continue as before.
WHO supplied the live bird flu virus, which Baxter used in its 72 kilos of contaminated material.
WHO has supplied the funding, licenses and regulatory framework for the development of the bird
flu virus in labs and the “anti-doteú vaccine.
WHO has deliberately and systematically suppressed and manipulated scientific facts on the virus
and vaccines to serve the interests of the international crime syndicate group.
WHO issues talking points and statements that are propagandist in style and designed to sway public
opinion in favor of the vaccine.
WHO has rushed to declare a pandemic level 6 in disregard for the science in order to justify
commandeering, together with the UN, national US government agencies and authorities, setting up
a control center in the WHO Pandemic Control Room which has supercomputers linked to the UN.
WHO redefined “Pandemicú as “Widespread, spreading from human to human but not particularly
dangerous changing it from its previous definition of “widespread, rapidly spreading and very dangerous.
FEMA Camps In America
Legislation is in place which would require Americans to either submit to vaccination once a pandemic is declared by either the Secretary of Health and Human Services, the Governor of your
State or both.
Refuse this vaccine and you will find yourself confined either as a felon without benefit of judge or
jury if the offense is a State level one, or involuntarily incarcerated in Federal FEMA holding camps
if the offense is a Federal one.
If you are in the US, entering or leaving the US at that time, will be to either submit to a weaponry substance being injected into our bodies or involuntary detention.
You will have no right to claim compensation in case of death or injury from the vaccination under
special immunity laws.
WHO has rushed to give companies such as Baxter funding and contracts to develop the swine flu
vaccine in spite of the fact that Baxter was mixed 72 kilos of live bird flu with human flu vaccine
material in a BSL-3 facility, failed to radiate it and sent it out to 16 labs in four countries as for the
seasonal flu vaccine material locations.
About eight weeks later, a genetically engineered virus for a worldwide inter-species flu pandemic
breaks out close to Baxter’s facilities in Mexico City and the same company is given contracts to
produce vaccines for the outbreak.
Furthermore, Novartis, which caused the death of at least 21 homeless people in Poland due to their
fully licensed bird flu vaccine has been awarded huge contracts by WHO and other governments.
The swine flu virus is an artificial, lab engineered and there is evidence it was released from a lab.
The vaccine for it will be produced in cell cultures that have been responsible for viruses such as
AIDs.
Dangerous adjuvants such as squalene are to be added.
There is evidence from a witness that key members of the international criminal corporate syndicate
discussed depopulation at their annual Bilderberg meeting in Greece attended by David Rockefeller.
